"My friend took my husband and I to Anatolia for lunch. We were immediately greeted by a very soft spoken server who took us to our table. He explained their daily special menu which we all opted for. We started with a light but very flavoursome broth. It was incredibly fresh and a lovely start to our meal. We then had what was described to us as a mixed grill. This was a variety of grilled meats accompanied by rice, vegetable and a mint yogurt. Again we were all delighted with what we were served. The meats were spiced and aromatic, the rice cooked to perfection and the veg and yogurt made up an enjoyable main course. We finished with a creamed rice that was dusted with cinnamon which finished our meal. This restaurant can be found opposite City Hall in Calgary. Lunch was an absolute joy and I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Thanks to all the staff, I will be back."

"Walking by this place all the time I would not have thought to try it. Probably because it's location right beside the Macs just didn't look that appealing. I read good reviews about it and decided to give it a try. Ever since then I have ordered takeout from there a few times. Everything that I ordered was delicious and I could not find much to complain about. I've tried all of the mezedes and dips. Would recommend all of it. Give this place a try!"

"I just recently dined at Sassi Kitchen Bar and I must say that it was one of the best meals I have had in a long time! I am what I like to call a 'borderline vegetarian ' and I do not normally eat meat...unless it is very good quality. The pork chops and ribs are to die for!!! I couldn 't get enough of the pork chops. I dined with friends so I had to opportunity to try more than one dish and I can confidently say that all of the ingredients are very fresh and the prices are great too. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Calgary :"

"Stopped in for happy hour wine and a board - unbelievable amount and quality of charcuterie for a measly $25. However the very small portion of bread, which we had 2 of, adds $3 each time to your bill. Will go back for sure though, server was fantastic"

"I used to come here all the time when I was younger. I brought my son here after ten years and it was still fantastic! The food is hot, fresh, and came so quick. "Got the Poussin. Spices were on point, but it's cooked to the point of being shards of jerky. It looked nothing like the pictures and felt like I was served something that sat at the bottom tray all day. They crossed their fingers and tossed in the bag hoping no one would tell the difference. The chapati were good though."
