"So now I am sure, not really a place that I can recommend even for a drink been in a couple of times since the last review and still struggling to get a drink. The last time we visited 2 weeks ago and asked about the lack of alcohol we were told that the “dray was stuck in Sutton” and it was on its way well guess what it hasn’t got there yet. Add to this the state of the chip cob we got today at £3:50 see picture we won’t be going back."

"Fantastic pub! clare and her team are brilliant, we held our high-time reception there and nothing was too much annoyed! the buffet should die, they could not do enough for us and the price was extremely reasonable. a massive scream at the young at the bar they worked at the back! thank you for making our special day special."

"Very disappointed in our experience. The pub wasn't busy but we waited for ages for food. When it came it was overcooked ,dry and only just edible. The portions were small ...like a light bite at other eating establishments."

"Visited this place yesterday as was travelling and had our dog so we needed a dog friendly pub for food. All the staff were so friendly was such a welcoming pub they couldn’t make you feel more at home , the food was home made and great value for money! We had the carvery and I had a choc fudge pudding delicious !! We live too far away but if we lived closer I’m sure it would be our local"

"We have driven past this restaurant so many times and can’t believe we’d never noticed it . As Indian food is our favourite we decided to give it a try. OMG, what a find . The ambiance of the place was lovely , having a DJ made it extra special instead of the usual Indian restaurant music playing in the background. The service was fabulous, despite it being very busy . We were all blown away by the choices on the menu , we will have to keep returning to try every dish that we would like to try. There are the usual bhuna etc but so many more options. All the staff were a delight but the owner/manageress ? looking beautiful in a fabulous sari came to chat , ensuring that we were happy with our food , the mango kulfi to finish was so smooth and creamy , we couldn’t fault anything. Can’t wait to return "

"Arrived 40 minutes late. Phone to check was told another order for the area had come in which would explain why it was stone cold when it arrived. Once reheated was very tasty. So minus one star for being late another for being cold"

"Had a beef Sunday dinner it was the worst dinner I've ever had in my life.a scoop of potato that tasted like smash. carrots was burnt and shrivelled. 3 brussles that was solid stuffing was raw inside and the beef if you can call it beef was out of a packet with gravy put on top.
