"We often hear of the joys of an English country garden, but it is not often they come from a beautiful pub / restaurant garden. here in this beautiful corner of Germany I came many years ago, what must be the most beautiful garden I ever had outside the tourist sites. outside the tourist sites there is also a wonderful advantage because they enjoy here with a 90% German population, for a few nice beer and very good eat, at a very cheap price. I went last week with my wife, pascale and some friends, and as always we were very happy. I always bring my Irish family and friends. Last week I invited an English new friend who lived in straßburg, and I knew he would enjoy more the beer atmosphere of this restaurant than a wine atmosphere found in France. and yes. we started with a wonderful white beer, followed by a local favorite from a nearby brewery in offenburg. a wonderful flame cake was shared by all of us and we (male) decided for the mixed grill, which was very enjoyed. a pear williams rounded off the evening meal and wonderful entertainment. personal, even if under pressure, are always very friendly with a beautiful level of work English, if necessary. They also get a wonderful impression of the German family culture for a relaxed evening. they offer a very nice menu and very good value. large beer, pears williams will be 3,50 euro and food prices vary from 12 to 25 euro approx. if with children there is a little space where they can play. on a beautiful summer evening after a long walk in the nearby Rhinewald. that is most beautiful in Germany."
