"Our visit to this restaurant in August 23 was marked by a profoundly unpleasant experience. We chose to start our meal with tiger prawn, and one side of the shrimp had a hair! We immediately called the waiter and explained the situation, who apologized and promised to have another half made immediately. After waiting for 15 minutes, the replacement shrimp finally arrived at our table, and we were shocked to realize that it was exactly the same half of the shrimp as before, filled with the spice we had added. I didn 't eat it, sent it back, and expressed my dissatisfaction. It is a complete lack of respect and professionalism. The only thing they did was apologize, and we didn 't pay for the half of the shrimp that had the hair, but we also didn 't eat it. A very bad experience."

"We were staying in apartment right next door in paladim alagoamar Thought breakfast in hotel would be expensive so visited here Big mistake Little old woman like a demon served us no hello nothing just stood there Dirty tables all around and microwave pinging away in the background Not a good sign We got 3 breakfasts which were tiny Coffee tea was extra and it cost €23 Ate in hotel day after Massive breakfasts great service and cost only €18 in total!!! Dont go here Horrible atmosphere,bad value and horrible service"

"Amazing hole in the wall near the W hotel. Super friendly people who also happen to own/bake/cook. The tomato and onion salad was so fresh. There was some really good balsamic on the table as a nice added touch. The first highlight was the chicken. By far the best we have had on our journey from north to south Portugal. Don’t eat too much because the second and best highlight are the deserts. I use plural because you will not be able to decide on just one. Honestly we could have had one of each, sadly we had to make a choice. We chose the bannafee and the lime cheesecake. OMG. Out of this world. I would come back just to try the others on the menu."

"The service is almost non existent we were made to feel unwellcome ,our main course was plonked in front of us just as we started our starter ,when the main course arrived it resembled something that was left in the oven and forgotten about as the title says there are better chicken piri restaurants available and i strongly advise you to try them I for one will give this place a definite miss"
