"Ice machine has mold in it and it fell in our drinks. When we pointed it out and asked for a drink replacement we got ignored conpletely. After asking again we got treated very rudly and abrupt. The supervisor was at the cash when paying...and when mentioned to her she jumped down our throat, saying we wanted a free meal. When we corrected her, that we only wanted a fresh drink and an apology she got quite irate and told us to leave and not pay because there were a bunch more customers there. Just found this page-actually happened in July and we’ve NEVER BEEN BACK, nor will we be."
