"I loved this place once, it was my way to almost weekly. unfortunately, the food quality started to go downhill and I stopped one because. last week I went for afteros, and there was no care in preparation and presentation if the taste was good I would have forgiven all this. eating was once nicely prepared, now everything is so stuffed on this, they can not see what they have mixed under it all, and two, it left the afteros soggy through. the money is worth it. there are many possibilities in the west where cooks/cheeks love what they do and show it through their food that makes it a customer. farewell village cantina."

"Food excellent.Staff friendly and welcoming.Music a bit blah.Currently live around the corner and have passed this place many times but never ventured in. Have now been there twice for brunch and will happily return.The meal sizes are excellent, almost too much. All made very lovingly. The coffee is excellent. the place doesn't look much fro the outside but I love the decor and the use of books scattered throughout."

"We were super excited about Nuri's opening up in Melbourne. We've been to the original in Ubud Bali and we were regulars at the Canggu one when we lived there for two years. We were not disappointed by Nuri's Melbourne, its almost as good as Canggu. Try: The ribs (average person only needs the small size) The Lychee martini Nasi Gorang We've been here 4 times now and its been brilliant every time."

"We were warmly greeted on a cool Friday night in Melbourne. The restaurant was warm, cosy and welcoming.The menu is fabulous and caters for all tastes but best of all Ecco have clearly indicated dishes for those of us with special dietary requirements. When are ALL restaurants going to do this?!!!! We were a party of 4 and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our choices. BYO wine too for $15/bottle. Can't get any better than that!"
