"The daily menus are excellent, I still have to try the menu which will undoubtedly be very good. The adjective that comes to mind for the menus is “tasty”! If we exclude the most prestigious restaurants, the chef and his brigade deserve the maximum score. The staff is attentive, friendly, fast and warm. And the view of Lake Geneva is magnificent and the mountains..."

"A little take away place with some seats inside. Not much to look at but the pizzas are good and reasonably priced compared to other places in town. They also have kebabs, pasta, salads etc and beers and spirits. Good service and friendly people. Ideal to take away and walk across the road to the park on the lake."

"I went here on two consecutive evenings. The food was good with enough choice, as was the service. Had lake fish with bisque the first night and fondue, salad and a frozen soufflé with pear on the second night. There's a friendly warm atmosphere and the waitress put up with my poor French. I was staying at the Victoria on a reminiscing trip but wasn't prepared to pay their dinner prices, and this restaurant is very handily just down the hill."

"We stayed here during the Montreux Jazz Festival in a desire to be close to the action but far away enough during the late evening. Our room which was supposed to be a city view was instead right next to train tracks and a busy road that continued to run all through the night. In addition, there was a recycling center just outside our window to provide even more noise. The decor of the hotel rooms were extremely outdated and depressing. The hair dryer did not work, neither did the in-room phone. I am allergic to down, and they could only provide pillow replacement and not a duvet too. There was no conditioner offered, only shampoo. Checkout is too early at 11 and breakfast ends at 10:00 AM, which feels like cruel punishment when you could not sleep due to the noise. For the price and hotel class rating, I expected much more. The only nice thing I could say about this hotel are the lovely people working there, who make me feel guilty about writing this poor review. I hope they either drop their prices and class rating or complete a serious refurbishment."

"We went to a drink there and eat something in the first night we reached montreux. at the beginning we had a few cocktails, they were excellent and well done. (gin tonic and montreux mule) to eat we had burger with fritten. the meat was well cooked. I really liked it. also French riders were good. the menu has a good selection of foods and drinks, so they should find something they like. before we decided to have another round cocktails and we left the place very happy."
