"This is a recently opened restaurant in a former petrol station; we went there following recommendations from locals in Arcachon. The terrace is undercover and seats about 40; there are further tables inside so it will be more than able to cope with bad weather...conditions we Brits think of things like that! There are two fixed price menus, one at 23euros and one at 35euros; we had the cheaper one with a bottle of rose wine at a total cost of 62euros for the two of us...hardly bank breaking. I had foie gras, followed by pave de moroue, and then creme brulee. My wife had carpaccio d'espadon followed by brochette de saumons, followed by a special plate of cheese.. The presentation of both dishes on each course was fantastic and up with the best of cusine anywhere; the taste was even better, with much ooing and ahhing as the tastes came on. We were very satisfied with the food, the service was pleasant and friendly, the owner thrilled that we'd enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommended."
