"With one of our last meals in Honolulu, we decided to splash a special meal at @teppanyakionoderahi. This restaurant serves imported Japanese beef with fresh local ingredients, all prepared before you by a chef on a metal plate (The Teppan). The beef we tried were the Hokkaido Shorthorn Wagyu and the A5 Omi Wagyu. To get a feeling of how the fat Wagyu beef eats, imagine eating a peeled grape. The pieces of beef explode with taste in your mouth without effort. It is definitely something you need to appreciate and we highly, highly recommend it!! The rest of the meal consists of 8 other excellent courses. However, we must show two excellent standout dishes. The fresh Abalone of Kona was really amazing and this night was the best dish!! Cooked with nothing but light seasoning, it really blows you with this “from the sea” taste. The other is the A5 Wagyu Tenderloin sandwich, fried in front of your eyes on a freshly roasted piece of toast, it was really beef heaven! You have other places around the word, and we will definitely visit those in the future!"
