"I stop here daily on my way to work and order just about the same thing every time. My order is easy, LG Caramel Iced Coffee. Some days I change it up and add an apple fritter to the mix. I've never gotten anything from this place in which I haven't ordered. I'm sorry to hear other people's reviews about color, or slow employees, or lack of customer service skills. I however did go there today and this gentleman tried to give me what was supposed to be a LG Caramel Iced coffee, and if you know what it looks like then when I describe this you will too know how wrong it was. It looked like the muddy Mississippi river was scooped into a cup and ice thrown on it. I said to him that it doesn't have cream in it. He then asked me how much cream I wanted in it. I did in the end get what I asked for but c-mon. This is one of the most popular drinks at McDonalds so if you don't know how to make it then get trained on it before you try to serve something like this to someone else. Most of the reviews I have read on here are from entitled people. Or people that think they are entitled. If these associates came to your job what would they have to say about you. Maybe you all should think about that before you write things and leave 1 star reviews."
