"I visited this location and when I approached the drive thru I actually had to get the worker's attention in order to provide my order. There were two cars in front of me. Fifteen minutes passed and I was still line. How long does it take to make a smoothie. Do not visit this location. It is poorly operated. Please read previous reviews. This is a pattern."

"The smoothies are greatly made. Location is great BUT...if you're ordering from the app for curbside pickup, think again. I had a really bad experience where I placed an app order and wanted to do curbside. FYI, this experience happened on a busy, busy Friday where the drive thru line was long. Once the order was placed, the app stated that once I arrive, I can park in the front or a curbside order spot, call the store, and someone would come out with my order. I did all of those steps and no one answered my many calls; kept going to mailbox, which, of course, was full. Unfortunately, i forgot my mask and didnt want to go inside but i did in order to get my order. I was not pleased and all of the employees looked at me as if I was crazy. No one apologized. I did a feedback review and requested someone to call me back and no one did. If you really want one, go inside or use drive thru. And they need to remove the option of curbside pickup. Their phones don't work. Wont be going back for a long while."

"The last couple of times I’ve been here there’s a girl who’s always on the phone pinched between her face and shoulder while making drinks and her shirt is always filthy. Today I pulled up and she’s smoking a cigarette right in front of the store while on her phone. I didn’t even go in today. I’ll go find another smoothie before I get anything from her again."

"The smoothies are good, however I feel horrible for the employees. Today there is only one staff member, the place is packed, and he's scrambling between making smoothies and checking people out. Management should not let that happen- it's their job to make sure it's fully staffed. Even just one other person? Not okay."
