"I LOVE Candor Coffee! The café itself is just so inviting and comfortable. I’m able to get a lot of work done here, and everyone just kind of keeps to themselves. The food and coffee is also just delicious! I always order an iced white mocha and it tastes just amazing. I also love the music they play, it’s top tier. There aren’t many cafés like this near me so it’s really refreshing, and their hours are great! As a student I tend to do work later, and it being open until 7 is just perfect. I will add- it does get very busy and finding a seat can be hard."

"For whatever reason, the nuggets I ordered tasted terrible. I could taste the old and overused oil infused into the meat. It was very burnt tasting as well. Also, halfway through the nugget, it became absolute mush. It was a nasty feeling and i stopped eating them. I had a 20 pc so i thought maybe the first was a bad batch but the 2nd one was equally as bad. Fries were normal and tasted as they should. Why were the nuggets so disgusting?!"

"There appears to be ongoing issues with staffing and scheduling. Mobile ordering is frequently disabled. That wouldn’t be so bad if there weren’t also significant waits, even when not busy. The lounge is often closed without notice. I started calling ahead to see if the lounge would be open. The last time I went, I called and verified it would be open until 7:00 (posted hours). About 10 minutes after I arrived, I was asked to leave because they were closing the lounge. I was told someone just called in sick. I doubt this was sick. I have seen the store have online ordering and the lounge closed with at least 4 people working. Something else is going on. I don’t understand how they stay open.I have had several trips wasted to unposted closures. The drive through has detained me for over 30 minutes (I know this isn’t exaggeration because of my dashboard clock)There are failures in efficiency, staffing and leadership at this location. Matters have worsened enough that I think it’s easier to drive farther than to deal with their organizational woes.It is downright inconvenient and time-consuming to try to bring this location business. It’s also frustrating to be asked to leave because people are “out sick”.This location needs to be closed. If reopened, properly staffed for the posted hours. If orders can’t be fulfilled in less than 30 minutes, perhaps it should stay close rather than continue to be a liability for the brand."
