"It's actually unbelievable how they run this place. Waited almost 20 minutes for curbside pickup and NO ONE ever came out! So had to go to the drive thru to see what was going on as the doors were locked to the front. Not to mention they left the phone off the hook I'm assuming on purpose. Waited almost 20 minutes again in the drive thru line! I finally just backed out and LEFT like everyone else behind me. 30+ minutes having to wait in a drive thru line is absolutely unacceptable. Getting STUCK in the line like a prisoner. Took my money from the app and never got my food because I wasn't willing to wait an hour."

"The last 4 times I had gone through the drive-thru, I had either been confused, given someone else, or both. for the first time, they have not put any chickens in my son the happy meal, for the second time I have my fries or the apple juice of my sohne not given, for the third time my entire order was given to the car before me and now the half of my order was given to the car before and then after home I noticed that they had a 4pc chickening after the payment for a 6pc."

"We dined in at the Chestnut location on Saturday afternoon. We had a cafe mocha and a French dip sandwich that did not disappoint! Make sure to ask for the Bistro style dip so you can get the melted cheese in your soup! This truly felt like an authentic French experience and we will definitely be eating here again! Will try all three locations in Colorado Springs!"

"Ordered two spicy pork bentos, the rice and pork was decent as well as the tempura fried vegetables. My only complaint was the gross sushi rolls, and the fruit was rotten. The watermelon was so old that it was the texture of snot. Everything that comes out of that kitchen should at least be fresh. The sushi was very bland and vegetarian."
