"Worth the line out the door (there’s absolutely a line) on the weekends because the coffee is that good! The location is great, the coffee is roasted right there on sight (you can see the roasters while you wait in line) and they have so many other coffee items you may need! Kettles, filters, cups, and all sorts of extras. Great spot on the coffee trail through Columbus"

"The lattes, cappuccinos, and pour-overs are created with care by the baristas — they definitely train them well. Their beans are pretty good, and they sell them at reasonable prices. My only issue is that they don't print the date they were roasted, so they aren't always the freshest. They're always playing Christian music, which fits their description as an extension of the prayer chapel and ministry. If that isn't your thing, don't worry; it's not too loud or overbearing.Parking: Parking specifically reserved for Harvest Coffee is pretty limited, but not many people frequent the other businesses. I've never seen the store get so busy that you can't park right out front."

"We were in from out of town because of a soccer tournament. We stopped in because of the menu on-line. Pleasant atmosphere. Clean. Reasonable prices. The food was good, BUT we waited 50 minutes after we ordered to get our food. Poor kids were really hungry. It wasn't all that busy either in the establishment. I saw 3 people in back cooking and about 4 teenagers standing around up front talking and taking orders (here and there), or wiping off tables. I would have given them a 4 had they told me they were understaffed or something. No apologies, nothing. Just a thanks. Sorry Broken Mug, but it wasn't busy."

"Delightful, welcoming place! Wide selection available for coffees, very nice baristas, a lot of seating available (but we went at 8 AM). You could get work done here with a pair of headphones. Food like scones and muffins available."

"Worst experience with a tim hortons and I will never go to this place again we first let with how I tried to order on the speaker staff and talk so loud all the time, I could hardly think about what I tried to order and how I command the donuts? I was rudely interrupted, with how many of them will they order? as I had ordered a lot for these youngs. I have to go to the window to realize that I have forgotten to ask for a sprit for my young son. So I asked the lady if I could add it and she was totally rude to say they have added a window on politics. I said I understand, but there's no one behind me, you could add it. No, I can't, we don't have any supplement to politics. I said you wanted to tell me I had to go all the way back to the redner to add a word for my young son? Yeah, that's exactly what I'm telling you, she's responding. Then the two big hot chocolates gave me, so I said these big ones? she reacts rudely yes I said I ordered two small for my young children. she argued with me saying that I ordered big and I said no, I didn't. when they gave me the hands, they were hot without burning my hand. unbelievable that my children had to wait 20 minutes to drink their hot chocolates because the tassen tasted hot. So, because they wanted to be rude and not allow me to get my son a sprit, I went next business and gave the rest of my company burger art . tim hortons, which looks at all these negative reviews on my top, is a serious note that this location needs a serious worker to"
