"I waited at the counter for at least 10 minutes to order while the kid standing there taking drive-thru orders didn’t acknowledge me at all. I wasn’t wanting to use the kiosk at all. The other very rude guy that was doing absolutely nothing told the nice lady that was sweeping the floor to use the kiosk to place my order and I said no. Then the manager lady came up to take my order. I like specific things done and I am willing to pay extra for any of it. Like a cup of Mayo from the back. Needless to say after waiting another 10 minutes to get my order I look into the bag for the Mayo and it was packets. I asked if I could not have these and get what I ordered. He took the packets, tossed them to the counter behind him came back with my request, slammed it on the counter, said Merry Christmas and walked away. At this point I was nearly fed up. Then I opened my sandwich to find it was missing something so the nice lady sweeping the floors went and got what I wanted and I walked to the counter to meet her. Then the super rude guy took his hand, slapped his leg and very rude to the manager said she has a complaint.Apparently the kid has had multiple complaints to the management for his attitude and yet here he is expressing this attitude to your guest. I will say this, because of him, I WILL NOT NE BACK AT THOS LOCATION!"

"Ritual is one of my favorite coffee places in all of DSM, and the only place I can get my FAVORITE Mayan Mocha latte. They use a cocoa from Mexico that I would describe as earthy, subtlely spicy, and for lack of a better description, less processed. It 's different and it 's delicious. The vibe I experience is chill but cheerful, creative, and caring. The food I 've tried is fire... wholesome and healthy! Ritual is the kind of place you want to take your best friend when they visit from out of town. (Ritual, if you 're listening... "What a great evening on a date night!! The service was done with excellence! Asmir delivered the best service, timing each dish perfectly and ensured that our glasses were always filled. The food... superb!! The fillet mignon was grilled to perfection, real potatoes and the asparagus boiled soft on the outside crispy on the inside!! The cook, Pino, took the time to come to our table, so we could tell him what a wonderful work he did!! It was well occupied and only a great environment. Thank you for the great evening!!"

"Horrible customer service. I got a chicken McNuggets 10 piece meal and I was given the fries and no chicken nuggets. I went up to ask them about it and gave me Attitude saying they were sitting right on the cash register. Then I go to eat them they were raw. The pop machines cam out clear and stuff floating around in the drink. Do not recommend. WALK THE OTHER WAY!"
