"My wife and I came here for the first time and were told good things. Upon entering there was a funky smell, not sure what it was or how to describe it other than hot plastic. After sitting down the smell faded away. The staff was friendly and we we seated quickly even though it was fairly busy with almost all tables full. The menu was a little surprising, consisting of a handful of burgers, handful of Thai dishes and handful of typical mains like stake or salmon. I went for the Royal Bangkok Noodle Bowl, spicy. It was tasty, good flavours with a touch of heat. My wife had the Sirloin with asparagus and poutine instead of mashed potatoes. The steak was good, cooked perfectly. My wife said she enjoyed it more than the Keg! The poutine was alright but could use more cheese curds, the sauce was definitely off the grocery store shelf stuff. Overall I think it was good but it just seemed to lack in the intangibles perhaps. The atmosphere didn't really have much of an impact on us, but we'll probably be back for the food."

"Best cafe ive been to in a while, nice atmosphere. I came here with my mum and had a beautiful mocha. YUM!!!! Wasn't bitter. Was a little sweet and just tasted amazing."

"Used to visit this place all the time when we arrived in this heavenly country. It was clean, managed by kind people well priced with good food. Two years later nothing's changed. I really enjoy it will continue to return. Btw they are great with children!"

"Excellent all rounds service aswell as food and drink quality. This store is definitely a safe and preferable choice to the other cafes at Te Rapa. The staff here are very quiet but devoted to their work. This store is definitely a must visit if you are a fan of quick, tasty coffee and a nice cafe."

"Surprised there haven't been any reviews about this place! If you live in Hamilton, there's no way you haven't been here. Their food and drinks are amazing! Rich, creamy, smooth, definitely will not let you down. Neither will the location and its decoration. The price is something that puts me off a little though. I know the ingredients are genuine quality, still makes me hesitate to go back. Can get a little sickening after a while because it is genuine chocolate hence genuinely sweet... But a water fountain is conveniently located at the back of the store. Go for the smaller cups if you don't want to waste good food :"

"Lovely wee coffee shop tucked up in the upper level of Chartwell shopping centre near Farmers. They have these lovely muffins with lemon curd filling, so Yum! I like their lemon and ginger tea using the syrup version, very nice!"
