"Sunday lunch was cold . Had to send back. Yorkshire I’m edable where it was so rock hard. Lovely flavours and hot when brought back out but I had to eat separately from friends as they didn’t send theirs back as just couldn’t be bothered. Asked for cauliflower cheese and got server macaroni cheese with absolutely zero flavour. Staff very polite and nice enough but no idea what we were talking about half the time and kept having to check with other colleagues. Shame as reviews looked good and lovely little pub….. apart from the toilets! I’m glad I used them after dinner otherwise we definitely would not have stayed to eat. Overflowing sanitary bins and small fly like bugs all over toilets seats and flying around and on the mirrors "

"After tasting all these Italian coffee chains (Concerto, Nero, Costa, etc. we must say that Illy is the best, by far. The shops, especially this one at the ground floor of the Park Plaza Hotel, are nice, white and clean. And all the coffee specialities...are delicious, especially ristrettos and machiatos, which clearly show the coffee taste. Croissants and other pastries are also good. Expensive, but more or less same as all the others but with more quality."

"Nice dinner before going on the way to see witness for the persecution 10 minutes to foot. nice eating, good service and a beautiful atmosphere as well as a really nice selection of drinks and dessert was delicious!"

"Got his own caffe. everything is wonderful. the vegetarian scotch egg is raised. I just wish I hadn't shadowed my brolly when I visited today. spose it will go into the big utopian brolly exchange to keep another idiot dry as brollies find new owners every time they are orphaned."

"I loved this place. came loyal for years, but today was terrible. it is so loud no isolation and they stack the plates on the front so that we had to scream each other. too many tables, so the waiters were hurried. the same waitress that took our order returned minutes later to ask if we wanted to order. then the smashed avo was so small and easy because I could have made a better version home. very disappointed by an old favorite of me."
