"Workers are either clueless or just plain liars! I had signed up for the Caribou Rewards on my phone app and received a free drink. So I went in I believe on a Monday to get a dark roast coffee. I was told they didn't have any roasted that day, no biggie. Went back Tuesday, this time the lady remembered me and said they still didn't have dark roast. This kind of concerned me cause every coffee place I've ever been to was never our of dark roast, let along two days in a row! So I left again, and decided to give them another shot Thursday, only because I wanted to use my free drink before it expired and I only had a day left to use it. This time I went in on a Thursday and there was a different lady. She asked me what I wanted and I told her a dark roast, she said that this is the closest we have to a dark roast, and it was a light roast. I could read the sign that said light roast, but I just humored myself that I was told a bold face lie like that. So I got my free coffee and went on about my way. Horrible service!"
