"This McDonald's has Horrible customer service I came on Thursday night ordered a burger and they charged me for it and never gave it to me with my order. Very rude employees. I also ordered a Shamrock shake. First they told me they had it then they said that they ran out and I also ordered some cookies and they charged me for them but we're not included in my order. Very bad customer service. This McDonald's sucks at this location."

"I've been here 4 times in the last 7 months, every time I go I regret it. This time it took over 40 minutes to get my food and you get trapped by the curb so you can't just leave. The buns on my burger were all dry and hard and the sauce was in a clump in the middle and not spread around at all."

"Waiter was stretched thin, but No water No silverware Order was completely wrong Had to go find drink sweetener. Waiter forgot Cushion on booth seat was ripped, so I was sitting in an open hole in the seat. Overall, the whole restaurant was pretty shabby."

"Eating was in order, service was fast on the day I went, probably had the good layer worked. the app must allow to use more than one deal at a time. child-friendly: my children liked toys in the happy mealtime parking: there were enough parking spaces and it was quite easy to enter the load of each of the spots. dietary restrictions: I have food restrictions and there were no complaints. when I didn't ask for a bunny, they even put it in a small flat container for me."

"Terrible experience? everything was out of the bathroom. take care of everything! the children have seen it, sooo brummig! no warning what's going on here, but it's not about customer service. There was no soap, no paper towels and the only toilet paper was in shredder on the floor. Eat ordered 4 burgers, who had one with out rolls for gluten sensitivity had a bun, although the sticker said no buns,) icy coffee that was warm and no ice not even stirred. also for 10 minutes to move forward!"

"Everything was amazing! I wish I could’ve tried some of the pastries but I was too full. They looked amazing so I would come prepared to try them if you are feeling adventurous. I can’t have caffeine so I usually have to settle when the group goes to coffee shop. However I ordered the hot cocoa and it’s the best hot chocolate I’ve ever ordered out! Not too sweet and very chocolatey. I also loved the latte art, it made it very special"
