"Definitely one of the most beautiful starbucks I've ever visited. The manager was very receptive and cordial when I asked to turn off the music so that I could hear the news and speak continuously with the locals. The staff here seems to work perfectly and they keep the place clean. I love the fact that there are many seats that are comfortable and provide electricity for computers. Everything in the store is neat and everyone seems very peaceful. Thanks Starbucks!"

"Why does it seem like the girls that work at this place have an off day? If you go to Orland or Chico Dutch Brothers, even the other Red Bluff location... any of them have much more positive attitudes. It's NOT fair to say that ALL the girls that work there have difficulties with communication at the window, but I know I dislike this one the most because of the majority of girls that work there currently. If you're collecting points, make sure you do it with your walk-up server because asking for it at the window is a huge bother, every time."
