"While in Springfield, we found this little boba tea place and placed an order to go. We ordered 2 drinks To Go. Very nice workers that explained the different options to us. The shop had cute decorations with a variety of items for sale, as well. I personally don't like my drinks with the tapioca balls (boba), so I ordered the Lychee punch with Lychee fruit bits and the other drink was a Mango Green Tea with the boba. Drinks were good and quenched our thirst!"

"I have been working in springfield for about 3 to 4 weeks and I love mcdonald’s for lunch. I had to go to all the St place for a few weeks. I am now in another area and will use the page blvd mcdonald’s. trading right by the way, I was greeted like a person, staff is 10 times nicer and it was .22 cents cheaper for the same exactly what I got at the all st position. I worked almost 2 years in almost food and trust me how hard it is, but a little friendliness and respect go a long way with customers, the entire staff in all st are just. it collects a paycheck. it is amazing that the 180 degree turns from one mcdonald to another. keep them the great work side blvd!!"

"Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to the workers didn't even work no one was at the front I stood there for 5 minutes as employees just walked by on there phones so I went to the kiosk and continued to wait even longer for my food.... Fast food? Nah a bunch of lazy A holes contributing absolutely nothing to the world talk about no drive losers"

"My favorite place for morning coffee, but they are pretty lubricated while driving through. On average it takes about 15 minutes. I don't usually stop here when I see only a few cars in line."

"This place is usually not super busy, but on father's day night it was busy. We got to ce cream it was good and I was surprised it was up and running but they did great. Shout-out to the woman at the window on father's day night around 8 to 10pm. They was getting hit hard and she still was nice. I know it's hard to deal with rude people every day and not get a simple thank you, so thank you ma'am."

"I find it disrespectful, I sit at the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to order. I then ordered a Diet Coke. No one pointed out to me they were out of large cups. I then pay go to the window and am handed a small Diet Coke. I was the rudely asked is this not yours. I said I order a diet Coke I think. She goes yeah this is it rudely again. I then said I wanted a large Diet Coke. I’m then greeted with a response of well we don’t have large cups and we won’t get them till the truck gets here. The truck keep in mind was there and was blocking off the entire parking lot. I did not appreciate the rude service and did not appreciate the lack of communication before I had bought the Diet Coke. If I was told they were out of large cups I would’ve gone to a gas station to purchase one. But instead they allowed me to purchase the small under a false notion that I was thinking I was purchasing a large."
