"So a bummer... are from Iowa I was so excited to find a caribou within an hour drive (as I live in Rockford). But I was quickly disappointed when my Mocha WAAAY had too much milk and not enough chocolate. I fully understand that this is difficult the Caribou way (they actually melts chocolate in the steamed milk versus drinking chocolate combined with the espresso, which is far superior IMO), but that is what Caribou deals with. Obviously I will return to try again, but this is a HUGE problem to satellite caribou coffee sites. Please expose Caribou so you can have more locations! Update: AMAZING Mocha today! Problem solved and so happy to make the ride from Rockford!"

"The staff was polite. The tables were a bit dirty, though they weren't very busy. Playground was nice for the kids, but not very big. Was just 1 ball for the kids to share"
