"This is an edit to original post, today I came and ask for margarita with no egg whites and the server with great smile said she’s more than happy to do it..so great improvement , well done!!!!! Original post: Well I always come to this one since it’s right infront of my home.I always order margarita and they never had egg whites in it. This time they did and after one sip I realized it and brought it to server’s attention. She was very nice and offered to change it, I asked if they can make one with no egg whites, she told me she will check with manager. She came back saying manager (it was a new face, never see. Her before) told her no we can not change it with no egg whites and I have to pay for new drink as she didn’t approve to waive the drink fee that I didn’t like! It took another 20 min for the second drink to arrive. I unfortunately found their service going down. The manager clearly don’t know how to manage! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Ordered Gochujang Chicken Bites, Ribs and Fried Chicken. The Chicken Bites were ok but I found it to be medium hotness and couldn't finish it. I think they needed a warning! The Ribs were underseasoned and the Crispy Chicken were dried and bland. The last time I was here, we were asked about what we thought of the food, but no survey was done this time (as this is an R&D kitchen.
