"We attended breakfast with Santa 15/12, with our 3 grandchildren. the breakfast was cold and of a poor quality, the whole event was badly organised. why not let a table at a time go up for the buffet, rather than what was madness, we waited patiently rather than queue with our plate, probably why our breakfast was cold. The male elf needed a larger size costume. the tightness of his leggings was not appropriate for a family event. Unfortunately we had booked for dinner later and the children's parents joined us, the restaurant noise level was unbearable and again found the food to be of a poor quality. None of this was good value for money. we wont be returning."
