"Eve olive is in an antidote that they usually do not expect to find a restaurant. once found, but it's lovely. nice room, not fancy, but nice. didn't know it was vegetarian, but that was no problem that my wife has food allergies so that eve olive was able to satisfy them right before the menu. she had a pasta/moushroom dish that she really enjoyed. I had a meatless Burger boy for the first time, it was always good! fries were also excellent. they gave us a complementary Sangria type drink, which was also excellent. server was a tasty bite with very helpful pleasant to treat we come back!"

"I stopped here on a whim after reading some reviews. We had the ceviche as a starter, and the chicken flautas and a small tortilla soup as mains. The ceviche was tasty and refreshing. The flautas were crisp and overall surprisingly filling with the rice,...refried beans, and salad. The tortilla soup was a small but actually quite large. The soup was piping hot and filled with shredded chicken. Definitely a good meal. I will make the effort to come back the next time I'm in Nanaimo. Though I'm not vegan or gluten free I'm pretty sure I also saw those options on the menu."

"In the city at the store, with a longer than normal working day there was not much choice of restaurants yet open at 9 a.m. on Thursday. This was my first visit here that had previously unhappy experiences at Victoria and Lethbridge sites. First...impression was that the menu sucks, on presentation and choice. Who put the mess together? I spent 10 minutes reading and reading to search for the less of all evils. But a man needs ear. For the third time? No, dinner was terrible, like my previous experience. I ordered a Calamari appy, half an order of black chicken caps with a lazy IPA and then a class of red Malbec. The Calamari was soggy and tasteless. The grease was good, but the chicken was okay. The beer blah, the Malbec even more blah. The best part of the meal - garlic toast. It was good. The service was uninterested and unstoppable. I even had trouble getting her attention on my account. Should I give her a tip? All for $65. I'm not going back to this place or another. I'm Browned."

"Fire house is a must to visit. unique Japanese and western infused menu, super cozy restaurants, and friendly waiting staff. modern restaurant in a building full of history. I enjoyed the black and blue tatake tuna and crab filled avocado. yum!"

"My family and I had a lovely dinner here this past weekend, we were staying at a hotel near by and was told to check this place out glad we did! Great food, great service and when we left.. our kids were excited about the tractors to sit on/pretend play with, and we noticed their ice cream store with tons of picnic tables available outside and a campfire area... we will definitely be stopping by again this summer!"
