"This place is great for Taco Tuesdays, the sea bass tacos and baja fish tacos are amazing and the fries & salsa are amazing. I will say the hostess was very confused about our reservation and explained that OpenTable never worked for her on time, but she still cleared a seat for us within 15 minutes. This place can get a little pricey, but taco Tuesday happy hour is a must."

"Bad service, dirty table tops everywhere. we applied for drinks and never returned to the table, with drinks waiting for more than 15 minutes and went out. the room was so loud, uncomfortable sitting, small tables, no one recognized her when we first came in. poor poor customer service"

"Let me start off by saying this was the best steak I’ve ever had in my entire life. And the service was beyond. The staff of professionals are on their A Game to create the best possible experience for an evening out. A couple of the ladies I was with had some issues with the risotto they had with their fish (tasted chemically) and one with her steak. The manager tried to keep it light while getting feedback and did aim to do right by us: that was much appreciated. One of my lady friends felt intimidated during the discussion but this is also shaped by the physics of speaking to seated customers which does experientially create an unexpected and admittedly unfortunate dynamic. That said I think the manager and the staff did a great job. When one of the staff let the manager know how some of the ladies felt, he came back and apologized with what I felt was genuine empathy. It’s admittedly difficult to work in the service industry and balance empathy and professionalism with experience so I think their efforts went over and beyond to make things right. I still give the place five stars though because a restaurant experience is more than food and the best steak of one’s life. It is helping the customers feel the perfect experience when within the establishment. Thanks folks."

"Not sure what happened, but this was one of the strangest dining experiences I’ve ever had. Did most of the staff walk out on Saturday? Why would a business accept a reservation for 15 and then not be able to handle it in any way? It took over 2 hours to get our food! It was insane! It was a terrible night, for our party and the few staff members that were there. The owners of this place should seriously be ashamed of themselves."

"Usually we don’t find ourselves eating at restaurants in hotels. And this wasn’t even in our hotel. That said, we had an early flight the next morning, and just wanted some comfort food so we could get back to our room. There were TVs in every booth. Of course, I gravitated towards the football game. But if you’re not a sports fanatic you could’ve found a TV and requested whatever you’d like. More importantly, the service was great. They have a shrimp appetizer that is wonderful. I should’ve just ordered two of those and called it good. All in all the meals we had and the value for them was excellent."
