"Very disappointed, I have called you on 20th of November, 16.40 hours, spoke to Marin. I made a reservation for 7 people – for the 4th of December. I have sent emails – twice – to confirm '[hidden email] ' no reaction. Now I understood that you have set the reservation on the 5th?! So, no table for us on the 4th.. Really disappointing, not a proper way of working.."

"Honestly, the hotel is a campanile so you know the room, you know where to go, the only difference between all this airport hotel is the service(s). The reception was usual in this king at the airport, without taste, rude, not efficient, but I don't blame the staff much for it. The room was clean, somewhat unusual smell, but 80% what you need to expect. What makes me up was the stinking, dirty floor, reception floor toilet, near the bar !!!! So dirty!!!! After commenting to the manager, a bin was empty, but everything was still in a dirty state.........6 h dirty! Discretion really!!! The only thing the trip to this hotel was Florian the Barmann, dedicated to work! Love is Mojito framboises!!! And is helpful tip, secure my stay here ."

"This restaurant is located in Paris Nord 2 business area in Roissy near the airport. I missed my flight to the USA that day and was rescheduled the next day, so I took a room at one of the local ibis near by. First of all it’s very convenient for travelers staying overnight at one of the multiple hotels nearby. It’s the perfect accommodation. The food is good. I ordered an entrecôte that was perfectly grilled and had some beer as well. My guess had a mojito and one of the menu du jour I can’t recall. The menu offers a wide selection of meats, fish, appetizers and other French goodies. The staff was very friendly. Our server was nice and respectful. The manager (the lady with the white shirt and long dreads) was also attentive checking constantly to make sure my guest and myself were Ok. I loved the decoration as well. Couldn’t put a pin on the theme but it was a combination of rustic, modern, bistrot style. Rustic maybe from the Caribbean, but not sure. The place also accommodates for big families with tables offering many seats. When we left, I forgot my sunglasses and our server followed me to the parking lot as I walked back to my hotel room to give it back to me. Thank you very much. I would definitely come back to try some of the other interesting food I saw on the menu. I’ve uploaded some pics. Hope you can also enjoy this place."
