"I wanted to give a shout out to the employees at this place. With many of the restrictions being lifted at the beginning of this month, most restaurants are now busier than before. Waiting for my food and looking at other people who were waiting for their Uber eats or Door dash or other deliveries, it was amazing in how calm and collected and apologetic these kids were. I saw them handle very irate customers much better than some of my former officers would have. When theyserved my food, again the employee was apologetic and told him no need to apologize , as one, I?m retired and in no hurry ????, and two, you guys are busy because obviously your food is probably very good. I told him I used to work in foodservice prior to my LE career so I understood fully. He was very relieved and was surprised this was my first time and gave me one of their very delicious baklava treats freedom charge for the wait. As I?ve said before, when you have goodfood and great service, you?ve earned my patronage as a customer ??????????."

"Terrible customer service! I placed an online order, and my credit card was charged. After getting notification that my order was ready for pickup, we arrived and they said they had no record of my order. After asking for a refund, they said they cannot give a refund because it's not in their system. The manager was rude and made no attempt to make it right. Obviously, they have issues with the online ordering system, and instead of trying to help the customer, the manager basically said, too bad! If you want to try mediocre Greek food, with terrible customer service, beware. Would not recommend."

"Every time we?ve gone to Kefi it has been wonderful! The food is so fresh, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and we love that you can make the meal what you?d like. It?s pretty fast even if there is a line. We?ve tried other Mediterranean restaurants in Central Oregon and they are just okay in comparison. You will be happy you tried it!"

"Tried this place for lunch before leaving the city. We came hungry and it didn't disappoint our appetite. Side salad is fresh, pita bread melts in your mouth and hummus is just the right taste (not bland and not too salty). Grilled Chicken souvlaki is tender and tasty 9/10, steak tenderloin is tender and tasty 9/10 as well rice pilaf is very good 10/10. The baklava ice cream is just meh.. 3/10 or maybe I'm not used to having the baklava mixed with ice cream. Over all, we might visit this place again with the family the next time we visit the city. Staff are very helpful. Amazing visit!"
