"Your Mongolian beef is absolutely stunning. Stunning! The sauce is sweet and not spicy, there is a beautiful black pepper finish. You just have to love onion. Next time I will try to make a picture without devoting it first. Your service via the phone was also great (patient with my questions). The pad Thai was good, but not the best to write about it at home."

"My experience was good at the Coal Mine Dragon restaurant! I give this place a four because the service was excellent and our waitress new as you help us when it came to order. The food was good, my food was a bit too fritted for my taste, but my friends Lo Leon tasted great! I'd say it's cautious what you order. The price class was kind of high for the taste value, but great price for the amount of food on the plate. I would probably come back about everything!"

"This is a wonderful, family-run Chinese restaurant that has been working for years at the same place in downtown Colorado Springs. I've gone over the years and never been disappointed! The service is excellent and they have some of the best Chinese food in the city. Almost every time I left, I got the Chow Fun Shei- a delicious, slightly spicy pork with noodles. It is wonderfully aromatized and is a very large part of food, so you have guaranteed residues. I also enjoy the Curry Chicken and Mongolian Beef. China City Restaurant is a reason to downtown Colorado Springs and I will always consider myself a loyal customer for their business."

"My husband and I visited China Village on the recommendation of a friend and we were not disappointed. I didn’t take pictures of everything but we had hot sour soup, beef egg rolls, vegetable egg rolls, shrimp lo mein and general chicken. The hot sour soup was just OK, but we’re pretty picky when it comes to this type of soup so that didn’t surprise us. The beef egg rolls were much better than the vegetable egg rolls because the wrapper was different. The vegetable was listed as an egg roll but it was more like a spring roll. I’d definitely order the beef rolls again. The shrimp lo mein and general chicken were some of the best we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back!"
