"Saw a few comments saying this place has the worst food and that the food is not that great compared to other Chinese restaurants?? As a Chinese, I just can't stand that! If you're talking about the so-called Chinese food you know and you usually eat, perhaps this place is not that good, but seriously, have you ever eaten Chinese food? I mean AUTHENTIC CHINESE FOOD, definitely NOT Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, General Tso's, Mongolian Beef, Teriyaki Chicken, etc.? It's absolutely NOT what you see on the menu at Pxxxx Exx. I just want to say this is DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST PLACES IN TOWN THAT SERVE CHINESE FOOD, AUTHENTIC CHINESE FOOD, i.e. what Chinese are really eating in China and what restaurants are really serving in China. When we first saw this place we thought it just somewhere only serving the so-called Chinese food (American Chinese food) such as orange chicken, sesame chicken, etc. (They do serve those though). But when we were about to go we saw a menu in Chinese pasted at the counter. I saw Braised Pig's Feet We knew we had been wrong. We knew this was where we were looking for to have lunch. We had Shiitake Mushroom and Chicken Stew, with rice. It tasted good. We noticed a lot of Chinese students waiting in line.We decided to try every item on the menu in Chinese! One suggestion: Order items on the menu in Chinese pasted at the counter. They're much more delicious than orange chicken and sesame chicken lol"

"I searched on google peking duck near me and was shone this place. I went there only to find they did not serve the dish and so it was a waste of time.On another note: the outside decorations for the store, while not making much sense, were amusing and definitely drew my interest and curiosity, however on the inside this cannot be said.Ultimatly i cannot speak for the food as i have not tried it, im not sure whether this would be recommended or not.Side note: when going there please keep an open mind and patience as the staff i encountered had trouble fully communicating with me in English"

"This was my first time eating here. Wait staff was nice competent. A small gripe, but our waiter never came by to refill our waters. The food was good but the portions were a little confusing. We ordered some lettuce wraps to start, we were brought a large dish with about a half tablespoon of different fillings small diced limes, red onion, ginger, small cuttings of pepper. Also a sizeable amount of coconut flakes peanuts. The plate looked very empty with the small amount of fillings provided. When it came to our entree, my partner I both ordered the yellow curry with tofu. It tasted delicious, but again we were confused by the portions. The ratio of tofu, potato, carrots in the dish was way out of balance. I'm not exaggerating, in each of our dishes the was only one very large slice of potato one very large slice of carrot, accompanied by a lot of tofu. All together we thought it was a nice dinner still enjoyed ourselves. I probably sound very picky, it was just an odd experience I would still try them again. If you do go I'd say just don't order the Meyong Kum wraps. Also We did ask the kitchen I can confirm their curries are vegan."
