"We have been long term fans of Mings for over 6 years however, I am not sure what happened last night. I am so disappointed that I needed to make a review incase they have changed chefs or others were in the same boat. Dishes were not at all the same as before. Singapore noodles were dry. Mongolian lamb was definitely reheated and couldn’t even eat due to being so rubbery. Rice was just not nice : Ming’s, if you have changed Chefs please consider changing back or doing something. Quite expensive but always previously willing to pay due to the food being amazing hoping this is not an end to Ming’s for us : Food: 1 Service: 4"

"The family wanted yum cha and the daughter had recently been here. Took her advice and we weren't disappointed. We had dumplings (Fried seafood, prawns and Pork) great vegetarian spring rolls, really good calamari (big serve) and chicken wings. Nearly all of the dishes we had were steamed and they were really nice. Lovely vegetable dish, various wontons, mainly seafood.The place was packed but the service was fantastic and the food just kept coming out. Only disappointment we had was the there were no custard tarts left."
