"Very poor customer service. Entered before closing by more than 20 minutes and was told they were done for the night. Employees made it very clear they did not want to serve us. Will not be back or recommend."

"So my cousin, fiancé, and I decided to go try this place out, and it was AWESOME! We've actually been back 3 times since then, lol! With that said, there are so many choices that it's almost difficult to choose; however, that's why we've been back so many times . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! The Furikake Steak Fries are great, but I thought they were a little overseasoned, so I would suggest asking them to go light on that in the future.. At any rate, the Sweet Potato Fries, Beer Battered Steak Fries my favorite side , Burnt End Nachos delicious but quite spicy, so make sure you have enough beer to wash it down lol , Karaage Bowl, General Ko's Bowl, OG Chicken Sandwich, Honey Gochujang Chicken Sandwich, Cashville Chicken Sandwich, Hot Honey Chicken Banh, Baht Mi I'm not a huge mint guy unless I'm drinking Mojitos, lol so I always get it without , Belly Banh that's what I took a picture of and it was a MONSTER of a Banh Mi. It's my personal favorite and the best pork belly sandwich I've ever had in my life!!! "

"Really love this place. The staff was on point tonight. The guys making our pizza were nice. The bartenders were really nice. Currently, Brian Jones does a cool open mic on Tuesdays. Everyone sounded great. We had a great time."

"The bar in the lobby is A+ and the standalone movie experience is phenomenal, but they have never once gotten my food order right while inside the theater.It's honestly impressive. The check is right, they just somehow figure an insane substitution will fly despite never being discussed."

"$15 for a 5-piece station and Pommes about what you would expect in an arena. The reason for the bad review? In the picture you can see a normal chicken strip (one of the smaller ones we have)... And the smallest that was actually just a piece of another tender that pulled apart. You counted this as a whole offer, so we have 4.25 bids for $15. Seats are on the third level, opposite the arena. I didn't want to miss hockey all the time to fix it, and I guess that's probably what they counted."

"I went to get 2 red candy apples. I asked for one to be cut and one whole. When the employee was slicing one, she was struggling cutting which I later realized because the candy was not done or hardened but she still sold it to me. When I tried to bite it in car the entire soft candy stuck to the back of my teeth. After realizing, the candy wasn't done, I called the manager. She seemed unapologetic and mentioned the weather outside (which currently is 52 degrees) as if the outside temperature was a factor as to why the candy was not done. Kandi K apples ten minutes down the road is way better quality candy apple and customer service."
