"I was disappointed. The waiter (Daniel E. was repeatedly reminded of bringing things, and it will take a while before he does. Then he will forget every time what to bring as if it were never asked. Once we asked and when he left, he went to talk to other employees instead of taking care of us. We were served without cutlery food, never checked for us, how was everything and some of the foods was warm as others were cold. Under our table, napkins and food with hair stems had used on the ground. We took our food. Longhorn is a 5 star."

"Was really looking forward to trying Virgils. The Memphis BBQ ribs were excellent. However, I was deeply disappointed with the Texas BBQ brisket. All I had was pieces of fat. Very little actual meat."

"Food was ok. Not a great place to go to if you have food allergies. Fun atmosphere but the service was terrible and it was hard to converse with friends as it was very loud. We had to try to flag a server down the whole time we were there to get help. Waited forever for service. We watched a huge table of 10 people walk out because they weren’t any service to even start an order of drinks."

"I was a little bit disappointed with my food selection on this visit, very mediocre and served on the cold side. And even though it wasn't crowded, the noise level was high and our party of struggled to hear each other across the table. Probably hearing is going with our age. Service was EXCELLENT. Hopefully my personal selection will be better next time"
