"We were the first to arrive on a Thurs. evening, so had our choice of seating. We chose a tall table for two near the kitchen and in the wine room . It is truly amazing that every wine on their extensive list is available by...the glass. In this way, we were able to create our own tasting menu with pairings. We thoroughly enjoyed the fried burrata with mushrooms and truffle honey, as well as the duck spring rolls to start. (I think these were my favorite tapas of the evening. We also devoured the lechon dumplings (suckling pig with truffle quail egg, but I thought the lechon was dry. My final course was crispy rice waffles with crab and peanut sauce, and I really liked it (other than the peanut sauce , but I was almost full by then, so my husband finished my plate for me, after he swooned over and inhaled his ceviche of pork belly. Service was excellent helpful, attentive, rapid to clear plates and glasses, as well as very friendly. There was a variety of seating areas, and lighting was low but not dark. The music was an interesting mix of rap, soft pop and soul. For such a fancy place with such excellent gastronomy, we were happily surprised at a bill for $100 USD for 5 plates and 5 glasses of (nearly the most expensive wines on the menu."
