"If it could be given zero, that's what the place deserves. The attendants take the order and do not check whether the information has been sent to the kitchen. As a customer, I went straight to talk to whoever was in the kitchen when 1h30 had passed since my order, the person in the kitchen informed me that the order had not arrived there. This was after 1 hour and a half when I couldn't wait any longer and was told that I had to wait. When I asked the server more than once he told me that the order was being placed and that I needed to wait and he didn't go and check in the kitchen. The potato was fried on its side in the kitchen and I saw when the cook just put it back to fry. They served my husband a hot beer with a reduced quantity in the glass. And when it was time to close the bill, I had to check the order on the computer because they were charging us for what we didn't consume. And the attendant was still doubtful when he said it was wrong. Summary terrible bar, horrible menu, terrible service. I suggest closing and reformulating.
