"I was disappointed in the food and the waitress's help. I ordered my burger rare and my fries super well done. The meal arrived and the fries were limpy and not crisp so I asked for them to cook them more. While they were off doing that, I cut my hamburger in half and the first thing I noticed was the lack of any pink.....in other words, NOT rare or even close to rare. When the server came back with the new order of fries, (again limpy and not crisp) I let them know that the burger was not rare and overcooked. At that point I told them to just cancel my entire order. This was a lunch with my husband, one that I look very forward to each week and unfortunately the food and service sucked for me."
