"We requested the afternoon tea and had confirmed this via an Instragram post. I booked via Open Table which gave no option text box to request afternoon tea. We arrived at 1pm and were advised it would take a little while to prepare. We received the afternoon tea at 2.40 pm and it was for 2 people and there were 3 of us! We had the afternoon tea free in the end. Didn't rate the afternoon tea, some cakes were stale and no fresh scones but as we were hungry, we ordered some hot food, which was rather nice. The service was appalling to keep us waiting so long without any update, despite us requesting one and being told it was because we hadn't specified an afternoon tea when we had!"
