"Zunächst dauerte es etwas 40 Minuten bis es uns gelang, eine Bestellung abzugeben. Wir hatten einen Iberico Teller bestellt und bekamen sicherlich nicht Iberico Fleisch vorgesetzt, sondern Bauchfleisch, eine Wurst, ein Rippen mit Minifleischanteil und ein kleines Teilstück eines völlig zäh hart gebratenen Stückes Fleisch. Außerdem ist das von außen urig alt aussehende Haus völlig geschmackfrei gestaltet. Einmal und nie wieder."

"I cannot understand the rather negative assessment of my predecessor, but perhaps one has simply made it and improved. well possible. I was very happy at any rate and would come back here at any time.Here someone has thought about what he does. both the interieur and the food card, service and ultimately the decisive result on the teller are well thought out. not perfect, but very good. I like the ambiente, even if here in the did not become so clear what you want to be. bierschwemme? raised restaurant? it is still the charm of oak rustic, but with many bright and fresh colors a pleasant ambient was created. there is a style before and the local is well decorated. there someone has concept and heart and yet it is somehow strange to find a freshly painted green walls, beautiful white-green furniture and the somehow matching German oak of theke then a very sweet and unrestrained PVC floor. still you can feel comfortable here. that begins with a friendly greeting and a finally unrequested recommendation from day dishes, I have not experienced that for a long time. the service was consistently friendly and attentive, whether you have spoken with the service or the thek staff. the menu is good-bourgeois with some beautiful ideas, while without firlefance and not to be lifted off despite the beautiful ideas. at the beginning brot was served with a crumble cream, both fresh and tasty, especially at brot I unfortunately often experience older dry brot. then there was a nice greeting from the kitchen, carrots/potatoes in the glass. I'm sure you wouldn't have expected this, but you didn't seem overwhelmed. tastefully well tuned, a little more whipped perhaps, but still delicious. as a main dish I had a cordon bleu from the calf with pastinakenpürree (has changed the supplement on my own request because it irritated me). the meat was good and tender, cheese and sink filled in good resistance, even here might have done a sparkling more salt well when seasoning. and absolutely enthusiastic I was of the pastinaken puree, which had the optimal spice, strong, without being overwürzt, a very good consistency and distinctly different and more pleasant than normal spice. class idea and highly recommended. in total safe at one or the other place a bit of air up, in particular the spagat between boar and restaurant is sure to be interesting for duration, but definitiw a local where you can feel comfortable and eat well. I can absolutely recommend it. you realize that not just someone has opened up an economy, but has thought very carefully what he is doing before. it is not perfect yet, but it is good, really good and therefore from my view also the four points legitimate. I will check it at times, unfortunately I am not from bochum myself."
