"It's a past since I was on this site, then the two sections of the restaurant were still a kind of separate business. at the time I was very satisfied with the burgers and riders they served, and went in optimistic, although since the vegan go. I knew that my choices in this meat- and cheese-based restaurant were severely restricted (and I noticed some wrong identification in the online menu of some gluten-free pizzas that are vegan) as this visit was in the frame of a birthday party in which I was invited, I decided to join anyway. reception was warm and welcoming, but we sat in an uncomfortable place of the restaurant where the loudness of the music of the restaurant dj mixed, by the great loudspeakers, almost made our teller vibrate. the task of leading a decent talk with my table mats was as impossible as it would be in a nightclub. as already mentioned, I had a limited choice between fritten, a charalate, a marinara pizza and a berry chocolate mousse. I chose the combination of salat and pommes and ordered them together. the menu was exclusively available online, which was more unpleasant than convenient. we were already aware that the order would take time as it was a fairly busy day and time, and that was clearly understandable. Nevertheless, the food orders arrived in about twice the time after the order, at this time our previously ordered drinks were already consumed. my salat arrived and was decent and well fed. the pommes were gone and I decided to wait for them until I finished my salat. later I saw that the people who got burgers had already flown with their order, so I came to the conclusion that the riders were simply forgotten. I got her as soon as a claimed friend of mine remembered the waitress that my service of pommes was still missing. the riders were perfectly done, and I took my time to eat them while my friends waited for me and tried to meet a talk about the table until I had finished my fries. all in all, the good experience of eating a bit of the superpowerful music, awkward high-seat table and wait times merged. I would not visit the gb again on my own conditions, but I am sure that a car-loving target audience with geduld and high tonal tolerance could like this place. also the selection of the beer is great."

"The best meal we had in Innsbruck, with a strong ethos to serve fresh, local produce and make full use of all parts of the animal. Very imaginative menu, with delicious food and a well chosen wine list. Good service, the owners are also a lot of fun and very helpful. We ate at die Wilderin twice during our stay, including celebrating a birthday. Good value for money and highly recommended."
