"Although this restaurant belongs to one of the Brazilian Master chefs I particular didn't enjoy but paid a good amount for it. I'm not a chef but my food tastes much BETTER than his. I liked the coconut pudin!! By the way, one of the upstairs corner with 2 tables close to the bar, the floor has serious issue, be aware. The waitresses are kind!"

Como não poderia deixar de ser, sou um grande fã de vários deles. Gosto de desde os doces mais tradicionais, como pudim de leite e pamonha, até os menos populares, como creme brulée e torta de pêra do Dan, passando por mousse de chocolate e cupcakes.<br>

Recentemente conheci um doce que não é tão visualmente chamativo, por assim dizer, que é o mil folhas. O nome já diz tudo: são várias e várias finas camadas de massa folhada, uma em cima da outra. Desconfio que sejam menos de mil camadas, mas não cheguei a contar. Apesar de ser simples no conceito, não é tão trivial na execução. Dizem que fazer um bom mil folhas demanda bastante técnica e paciência.<br>
