"These guys gave us a pizza with shrimp instead of capers. I am a vegetarian, so this was a no go. But mistakes happen. The staff was kind enough to make the right pizza. So I went to pick it up without complaints. At the cashier, the owner said sorry for the mistake. Then he brought the correct pizza over and asked me “where is the wrong pizza”. I was stunned. More so because the owner seemed to be stunned that I did not get the wrong pizza back. What was he going to do with this pizza? Going to serve the 5 pieces 1 semi- eaten piece to his customers? Or decorate it as a badge of honor in his kitchen? Clearly he was not sorry. Breuberg and Höchst deserve a better service."
