"Food soggy and late. We don't live that close but took 1 hour 40 minutes. The food is shut in cardboard boxes so arrived hot but had been steaming the whole way so both chips were completely soggy and chewy and the burger top bun was okay as the top of the box had air holes but again a tight box so the bottom of the burger was soggy mush like holding a wet paper towel. The expensive milkshake was just slightly cold flavoured water. I appreciate we are not close but if somewhere does deliveries a 15/20 minute drive they should ensure they can deliver adequate food to that location. I would prefer them to not deliver to our area in Uckfield and I would have gone somewhere else."

"Wow amazing. armed and was supervised by rachael. she explained everything and helped with many asking about intolerances [not me]. the owner/Koch colin even offered at 24 hours, he can change recipes to accommodate certain intolerances. fantastic. ordered half of nachos with chili, beautiful and huge I did my best. the chicken wings were also ordered and were divine. then the main course. crab and cod burger and a half rippchen. again beautiful. the staff cannot be very friendly, attentive and helpful mistakes. excellent food and a good price. atmosphere and music great. the only part of this restaurant is that it is not on the Wirral.! lucky hailsham. good luck for all of you. I'm back. x"
