"I would like to discuss this review by stating that I have been a flaherty customer for decades. The first thing I ate here was Cajun chicken wings and fresh cuts, while I enjoyed watching MNF with the friend who put me in place. I ate the Cajun wings or bites at almost any other visit here. About a month ago, my family and I had dinner here on Friday night. This special night I noticed that the Cajun wing sauce was different. I was told by the server that this was the new sauce (which I will note was very hard on mustard) I was also told that the whole kitchen staff was new and they might have messed up the sauce. At this same dinner, my husband's order came out wrong and all the frits came cold and soggy. The owner was contacted and talked to our server about five feet away from our table. He never even approached our table. He offered no excuse or compensation for this unsatisfactory meal. Despite my disappointment, I allowed myself to go a bit of time and gave the place another shot. This time the Cajun sauce was different, but tasted more like smokey ketchup. I thought back to an article I read in the citizens.” Voice when Flahertys was sold to Bill and Karen Smith by Gale and Jerry. This disregard for a promise made public and the dismissal of our concerns at the original dinner overwhelmed the many years of good times and the good food I and my friends and family had here. Bill, you lost a long-term loyal customer."
