"We spent almost $50 on 3 grinders. I'm ashamed of myself if I own a restaurant and that would be handed over to a customer. the paper into which the grinders were wrapped was so much softened in fat that it broke when I opened it to take it out. I mean, that's not ridiculous. the taste is the worst part, because it tasted like throwing up. I have never smelled or tasted sauce that is terrible ever in a restaurant"

"The food was bad. Prime Rib was the most fat thing I've ever seen (probably 9 ounces of fat on a 15 ounce prime rib). The service was also bad. Have soups and salads after meals and had to ask for them or would probably never have received them. With four people and every meal was well below average."

"First, I 'd like to say that my wife and I have been coming here off and on for several years, and we 've always enjoyed our experience. Today, however, was and is a different story. Our waitress was personable and warm, and she took care of us promptly. Food wasn 't quite up to par from what we remember, but here 's what 's *really* bothering me: the host and bussers are some of the most unimpressive, inexperienced, non-personable people I 've ever seen in the food service industry, and here 's why... No smile. No Hey, good morning, how are ya . No uniform. The kid 's pants were hanging down over his rear end, and he had zero physical indicators that he even worked there. One of the bussers was eating her breakfast (ive never, in all my years working in the food service industry, eaten my meal at the beginning of my shift while on the clock. Such disrespect. while people were standing at the door waiting for clean tables. (There were at least 4 or 5 unoccupied tables directly surrounding me that I would 've been more than happy to have filled with paying customers Overall, if I was FOH manager here, things would be drastically different, and the standard would return. These kids these days really don 't know what it takes to impress people. We 'll be back, but I 'd hope that staffing is different when we return, or at least better trained and kept in line."

"Everything was good came out fast and hot but on a Sunday night there was only a hand full of people in the restaurant. And staff was just standing around the whole time that we were there... Did wait a few minutes for someone to come get us drinks but she did apologize and was nice about it. I would definitely go there again."

"I'll start by saying I NEVER return food from a takeout order. Even if it's bad, I'll eat it if I'm hungry enough. Not the case tonight. I ordered one of my go-tos, fiesta lime chicken. I am not exaggerating when I say it was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten from applebees. I had a few bites and immediately felt sick to my stomach. Even the lime garnish was visibly rotten. I also ordered the loaded waffle fries which were completely soggy. When I brought the order back, the manager was polite and did refund it, but I was discouraged by the fact that he didn't ask what was wrong with the food. Isn't that something you would want to know so you can tell the kitchen staff and they could fix it for future customers?"
