"Walked in for lunch at 2:00pm. Wasn’t busy at all. Horrible service. The bartender working made eye contact with me twice but never said Hello, Greeted me, or informed me she would be right with us. We waited at the front counter for over 6 minutes being completely ignored before just walking out. Won’t ever be coming back and I had a gift card to spend. Oh well."

"The prime dipper with the French soup is by far the best item on their menu. It doesnt matter where we are in the states its always consistent."

"Try the thin crust. We 've enjoyed Pirates for years. They have one of the more authentic pizza sauces not the 'too sweet ' type you get in many places. Their thin crust is a nice, chewy crust...20 years ago it would have been considered 'thick. '. I 've never tried the thick crust, which looks way too doughy for my taste.<br/>Other places in Reno may make better lasagna, though theirs is tasty. Not often you can get Greek specialties at a pizza place. Having enjoyed several of them. We 've always had pleasant servers. The food is made fresh, so it takes longer than at some places."

"Over the years and through the change of hands with new owners at Claim Jumpers, we can't help but watch this location drastically decline in many ways. The host needs to be schooled in hospitality and how to handle customer concerns and requests to be seated elsewhere away from children crying and screaming to the point we couldn't hold a conversation at our table and causing anxiety in my daughter. A little odd as this has been our luck the last 2 times here at this Claim Jumpers. The host said he could seat us at one other table but it would be next to screaming children again. Mind you there were many other open tables/booths but was told only 2 sections were open and there were no other options than the one other table. The inexperienced host left us extremely disappointed and somewhat shocked to hear such a novice response. After waiting 10+ minutes before our waitress came to introduce herself and the unhappy children we got up and left. There are several other details that made this visit miserable and disappointing. Sadly, after being a patron for many many years, this was the last visit to Claim Jumpers Reno."
