"So, we were a bit in trouble because we were late with ordering a few catering items for the 4th OJ weekend. Went online through EZ cater and Carlos Gourmet Pizzeria pops up. Reviews looked good. We gave it a shot. It was GREAT!. The food arrived on time (and we even changed the time less than a day before), it was hot (still had to come from 8+ miles) and everything was delicious (veal and eggplant rollatini). What a great surprise and discovery. We will return with orders."

"Purchased a 12 Jersey Shore Deli Sandwich listed on the wall above the Deli for $12.99. When I got to the register I was overcharged $6 or $18.99. When I mentioned it to our cashier Des....she called the Deli.....she said that prices had gone up but, credited us $6 because the board price was incorrect. It was good Customer Service on Des Livoti's part. Unfortunately I was also overcharged for 2 loose rolls(Brickoven , Ciabatta) bin price was $1.25 each and I was"

"Placing my reservation online was quick and easy. I was able to add a note that one of our party of four was having a birthday. The server saw a birthday card we gave our friend and even commented on it. We ordered two appetizers: stuffed mushrooms and calamari. They gave us 5 mushrooms of various sizes and they were quite delicious. I thought the portion of calamari was a bit small for 4 people and lacked flavor to the point that I had to add salt. I was a bit disappointed not to see some kind of seafood fra diavolo on the menu but ordered a similar dish of shrimp, clams, mussels, and squid ink linguini, which was quite food and filling. My wife enjoyed a pasta with pears and walnuts. When the restaurant is full, it's quite noisy, especially when you have a table in the middle of the floor like we had. But I was most disappointed that the server did not pay attention to the birthday note I added to the reservation, especially when he was had served a cake with a candle and sang happy birthday to two other diners having birthdays on either side of us. I mentioned this at the front desk, but all I received was a weak apology and told I should have mentioned it to the server. Sorry, but he already knew. For a bill exceeding $220 for a party of 4, I think there should have been more attention to detail to make the patrons happy. In summary, it was a different dining experience but I doubt I'll go back. For me, I think it's better to dine at a smaller place that tries harder."

"Goed to the place to pick up an order after it is on my delivery app. They were told they just got the order, even that it had been placed over 10 minutes before. Asked how long it would take and was told 10-15 minutes. I waited for over 15 minutes and went back and asked again how long it would be and was told me I don't know, a while. I told them I was in the restaurant 20 minutes ago and was told 10-15 minutes. What has been told to me, what has not done to me, I have said that someone would come to it, and then he has rudely dragged a stance when everything I have done was state how long it was since I was told when I expect the order. That's bad. I hope other customers will not be treated the same way."
