"Mother's Pizza is a must if you're in Halifax!!! The pizza dough is fantastic! So light and thin!!! The flavour combinations are spectacular, especially since the pizzas are not overloaded! The white pizza is especially amazing and the arugula salad was fabulous! Pair it with...a craft beer (Propeller bitter was my favourite) The staff was very generous with my kids with their patience and conversation! Drawings of a Bluenose and a butterfly were left behind as a thank you "

"Dan,.My wife and I are ( or should I say were) regulars for wing nights at your location . Tonight was a special night because it was our anniversary and my wife loves your wings. I was surprised to see the place not really busy at all , but we seated ourselves and waited . The first server was over in about 5 min. She mentioned that someone will be with us in a minute to take our drink order. We waited some more. It too nearly 15 minutes before a completely different server came along and asked us if we would like some drinks. I looked at her with disappointment and stated that ( because of the wait) the drinks should be on the house. She talked to ( I assume to be the manager ) then she said that yes the drinks would be on the house and took our order . We waited some more. and waited , then at this point yet another server came over , said something about shift change and asked what we would like to order for food. We ordered fish and chips and wings for my wife. At this point we had noticed that two other patrons walked in.. seated themselves and we served immediately , they had drinks , and their food and we had not even had our drinks yet. After another 10 minutes of waited … with a clear indication from us that we were annoyed at having to wait , the service was so sow we left without eating or drinking .I must add that this is a first for me , I have never been treated so poorly but an otherwise upstanding establishment as what yours appears to be from the outside. I would have been more understanding if the place was packed and it was crowed . I noticed not even the Veterans bike group were not in attendance as well. Perhaps this is an indication to find another watering hole , that appreciates that our time, and appetites wait for no one !There is no justification for the treatment we have received . As always all you need is one bad review to make 100 or more aware of the poor service . It is true that you are a chain and that one bad review will not effect your bottom line . The Pogue Fado Irish Public House downtown thought the same , yet now…. the are closed . As they say “food for thought”Discouraged , disappointed , dismayed Mick"

"If you think there's even a POTENTIAL they could ever mess up and order, DON'T eat here.Long story short. Ordered a Meduim and a Super Donair (sauce on the side).Got home to 2 Meduims, sauce ON both. No big deal, simple mistake, right?WRONG: Even looked at the Menu, wrote down 2 Meduim donair (special) but charged for a Super and a Meduim. Both couldn't suppress the appetite of an Newborn. Anyways, I called and began to explain the error. Was interrupted immediately and told that he "wrote down medium but it's a Super donair". I quitely tried to explain that they we're literally the same size, the sauce was NOT put on the side, and that I was overcharged.NOPE: Interupted again and told to: I couldn't make this up: "Go ahead and measure the meat. One is 200 grams and large is 250".Okay sir, That's what I will go do. I'll go soak the meat to rid it of the sauce that wasn't suppose to be on it to begin with, remove the onions and the tomatoes that are hardly present, the soggy bread, but a food scale, and weigh the meat. That sounds VERY REASONABLE.I quitely hung up, ate what little food we recieved, and made some soup and grilled cheese.Food isn't Horrible. But believe me, stick with a franchise or a place that believes in customer service, because if you're unhappy with your order, even if you order Garlic fingers and they send you popcorn chicken. They will tell you, infact, that your Garlic fingers IS popcorn chicken, so eat it, and shut up.Will never consider eating there again. Neither should you."
