"Delicious and freshly made Italian food on the main street of islington. open front lets the air through on a summer day. a great place to meet with friends for a light bite and drinks. dach is also available, but can be overfilled a bit. pastas are delicious authentic!"

"I’ve heard good things but I’m always dubious. I brought my dad, grandad and partner and we LOVED the food. My grandad eats war food, beef stews, chicken and carbs, he tried everything and liked it! We tried everything but the tofu and rice and we really loved it. The grilled cheese and chorizo was insane, the mac was tasty, we loved the moz sticks and fries and the kimchi balls were our favourite! Food was nice and hot and fresh. Service was not the best but it looked like it had been a busy morning!"

"Couldn't really say that I have been here as I was appaled by the service and left before I could experience such awful atmosphere. Met some friends here as they had already ordered lunch so thought we could join them by having a coffee and wait for them as it is a cafe.<br br/>Walked into the cafe which had a self service counter as you walk in, was not greeted by anybody so assumed we could sit in and order when we were ready. Asked the waitress if we could order coffee and she told us rudely we had to wait as there were two tables in front of us. After minutes we decided to leave without the coffee as the waitress was rude and a minute wait for coffee was just ridiculous. She finally came to us and we told her we changed our minds and she took our menus away from us without saying anything.<br br/>At least the toilet facilities were nice, that's why Lara scores point! We wished our friends good luck on their lunch as they had already ordered and were waiting to eat. We left our friends but they gave us feedback saying they waited minutes for their lunch meals and their lasagne had little mince beef and slices of ham inside (pork in beef lasagne? <br br/>I hope this was a one off for Lara's as the cafe has lovely decor and could have potential to grow but the service was a real let down. The staff need to be trained on how to make their customers feel valued not make them feel like they are an inconvenience. I wish them all the best in developing this Italian cafe."

"I think this is one of the best peri peri huhn I've ever had in london. most chickens put on others rely on the sauce, so that the chicken alone was tasteless. but the bun at this place was very well seasoned and juicy, it is not so a big problem when they forget to add the sose on their bun. I also like the chips very. crispy and with the addition of chili powder, perfect. they are also very generous with their chips."
