"Was served by a gentleman today who kept speaking to me in German even though I was clearly speaking English. I asked for a vegan wienerli which I repeated twice. When I saw the price was wrong I asked again to make sure it was vegan, it wasn't. So he made a new one in the most annoyed way possible to then literally throw it at me without a word. Maybe the communication would be easier if he would make an effort to understand his customers instead of being pissed off at them for no reason, I repeated twice and clearly so the mistake isn't on my end. Also it's an international airport so don't assume everyone will speak German when landing in Zurich. This is the best way to lose business. I travel a lot to this airport but you'll clearly never see me again there."

"Had a lunch on July 12 th with my family during summer vaccination. Stating to finish service quality was worse, server, staff were keep yelling , talking in front of the customers dining tables. Treating customers with bad manners who went for dine in. Telling us that you are tourists and won’t come back that’s why we have this impolite behaviour! As usual in big tourist places food was tasteless, and super expensive. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Rates given looks purchased and not real."

"Pizza: very fine mozzarella sticks box with pommes and salat: pommes and salat little, but it is clear to me because they are “only” added. mozzarella sticks were sufficient. at least they were delicious."
