"I came here on a recent visit to lincoln and I wonder if I can justify another one hour train to go back. there are two pimentos on hc because the owners changed a few times, but don't let these 2* reviews fool them, it's great again! the caffe has tons of options, sandwiches, jackenkartoffeln, full meal, cake and baked, various loose leafed, coffee and latte. the service is brilliant and is for a chat and the place is very cute with wooden floors and beautiful and cozy decoration! I had the vegan carrot cake and I think it was probably the best carrot cake I ever had! sometimes I find her sick sweet, but this was just delicious. I had a pot of tropical tee mix and it was also great. I also had her matcha latte with milk, but it should come with a warning. I don't think it's 100% matcha powder (like the sugary mix that they use in one of the big chains, or maybe sweeteners added? So if they are used to the right matcha taste and don't sweeten their matcha lattes, that could not be for them. oh, and took an oreo cake after home and my partner really enjoyed it."

"Just walked out at Lincoln Prezzo, we arrived 5 minutes late for our booking. Unfortunately, I’m in the police and so can’t always get there in time. We were greeted by a very rude waitress, who stated we didn’t have a booking. We were then told to wait and sit down while she got a table ready. The whole restaurant was empty, so 10 minutes waiting seemed ridiculous. When we finally sat down she left the menus and just disappeared. We witnessed another waiter who equally didn’t appear to care about customer service. We walked out without giving them the time of day. No idea if the foods good but the poor service put a bitter taste in the mouth. Won’t be going here again. Cheers Prezzo, sons crying now x"
